@Starbucks organic content celebrating the return of the Holiday menu delivered record-breaking engagement, 228K shares and 4.0M video views across platforms:

  • Wednesday’s announcement – marking the return of the Holiday menu – became our 3rd most shared on Instagram and 7th most shared ever on Facebook.

  • On launch day, our festive beverage line-up inspired 35K shares across channels (Instagram 41X, Facebook 39X, Instagram Story 10X typical). We also saw a sizable 16.7K clicks to the App from our Instagram Story. 

  • Vertical video amped up the celebration even further as fans watched on: 

    1. Introducing our festive beverages and cups for this year drove 2M views with record-breaking engagement on TikTok, now our most saved and 4th most shared video ever. Instagram Reels sends were also strong at 14X typical.

    1. Store partners merrily transforming the store with help from a Red Cup also drove 2.0M views with shares on TikTok and Instagram Reels 40X and 21X typical.
